The hazienda is situated solitarily on a hill facing southwest (exceptional view), about 3/4 mile from the village of Cana. The main building is a stone-built old farmhouse with 200 square metres on two levels: two holiday apartments on the first floor and private suite on the ground floor; further

The azienda is by its fiscal status an "agriturismo"; it is managed and run directly by its owners.
The farmhouse was renovated in the traditional rural Toscan style in 1997/98 (ceilings resting on wood beams, tile and solid wood floors etc);
On the ground floor big kitchen with open fireplace, pantry and wine cellar, adjacent large living-room with tiled stove, ample bathroom. The roofed terrace across the entire front faces southwest and contains also a pizza oven and barbecue.
The separate entrances, from their terraces, to the holiday apartments on the first floor are also from ground level, due to the sloping hillside:
Apartment "Il camino" (63 sqm: Kitchen with large open fireplace, two double bedrooms and bathroom)
Apartment "Casa lucida(40 sqm): Kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. This apartment is connected with the suite on ground floor by a staircase and can be adjoined or separated to the private area corresponding to necessity.
The pool (13,70 by 5,35 m) with its ample stone-paved terraces was constructed in 1999 and is adjacent to the guest terraces;
annexe: holidax home (50 sqm) about 20 m above the pool, year of construction 2000: large, fully equipped kitchen, Swedish wood-stove, master bedroom and bathroom. In front, facing south, large pergola-covered terrace;
annexe: barn and stables-complex (230 sqm total) 130 m from main buildings: pre-fabricated stables containing 5 boxes (3 by 3,70 m), saddlery and store-room;
